This Acceptable Use Policy covers the products, services and technologies provided by FLIPSNAPPY under any ongoing agreement (collectively, the “Products”). This policy is intended to protect us, our customers and the Internet community at large from unethical, irresponsible and illegal activities.
FLIPSNAPPY customers found to be engaging in activities prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy will be suspended and their accounts terminated. In extreme cases, we may be legally obliged to report such customers to the relevant authorities.

Fair Use
When we provide our facilities, we assume that your use will be “business as usual” and in accordance with our quotation form. If your usage exceeds expectations, we may charge additional fees or limit capacity.

We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, infringement of rights and/or any conduct that harms or disadvantages any group, person or resource. We expect our customers and their users, as applicable (“End Users”) to use our Products with the same willingness.

Customer Responsibilities
We hold customers responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of anyone who uses our products with their permission. This liability also applies to anyone who uses our products without authorization due to the customer's failure to take reasonable security measures.

By accepting our products, customers agree to ensure compliance with this policy on behalf of all persons who use our products as end users. Complaints regarding the conduct of customers or their end users will be forwarded to the designated contact for the relevant account.

If a customer (or its end users, or anyone using our products for customer reasons) violates our Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to terminate any products associated with the offending account or the account itself, or take any remedial or preventive action we deem appropriate, without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we will not provide any compensation for interruptions of service resulting from violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
